  GR-HIS-02 is a documentary cohort with no live application channel; the 1974 metapolitefsi already reinstated the grandparent (recorded at GR-RST-01). The grandparent's restored Greek status means the chain of descent is intact, so the live pathway is declaratory recognition of jus-sanguinis descent (GR-DSC-01 / διαπιστωτική πράξη), proven via the ancestor's Δημοτολόγιο registration. • Nothing to do under GR-HIS-02. The 1974 metapolitefsi restoration was a one-off general act, complete and final; the person is a full Greek national with no residual GR-HIS-02 step.

  The junta deprivation was reversed by the general restoration effected from 24-Jul-1974 (GR-RST-01); a person reinstated then simply resumed full Greek status. GR-HIS-02 records the historical cohort, not a standing process. There is no registry 'junta restoration' form to file and no re-confirmation requirement; continuous passport possession evidences the restored status. [GR-EV-092, GR-EV-093]

• No GR-HIS-02 route. If descent (GR-DSC-01) cannot be documented, the realistic fallback is ομογενής naturalisation (Art 10, GR-NAT-02/05) — consular origin ascertainment — not a junta-era restoration claim.

  Descent recognition requires proving the ancestor's Greek nationality (Δημοτολόγιο / Μητρώο Αρρένων); where that proof fails, no junta-cohort instrument can substitute (none exists; NLR-03). For a person of demonstrable Greek ethnic origin, Art 10 ομογενής naturalisation before a Greek consul (origin documented by the consul) is the applicant-favourable real pathway. • Not GR-HIS-02 and NOT restored by the 1974 metapolitefsi. This is the ex-Art 19 ETHNIC-deprivation cohort (GR-HIS-05 / GR-RST-03), which has no restoration route; only the facilitated 3-year stateless naturalisation track (if genuinely stateless) or ordinary naturalisation remains.

  Critical cohort-distinction: the 1974 restoration reversed the POLITICAL junta strippings (GR-HIS-02 / GR-RST-01), NOT the ethnic ex-Art 19 deprivations of allogeneis. Ex-Art 19 was repealed only prospectively in 1998 (Art 9§14 L.2623/1998, non-retroactive) with no restoration mechanism (ΣτΕ 29/2011 confirms). The family's matter belongs to GR-RST-03/GR-HIS-05, and its only avenues are facilitated stateless naturalisation (if stateless) or ordinary naturalisation — never a junta-restoration claim. • The route documents that there was NO bespoke junta cessation statute (mechanism = ex-Art 19 ΝΔ 3370/1955 + Constituent Acts 1967-68 + individual ministerial measures), that the 1974 restoration instrument number is UNOBTAINABLE (NLR-03; ΝΔ 59/1974 excluded as a political-parties decree), and that no reliable primary cohort count is pinned. No number is fabricated.

  Honest carriage of NLR-03 and the anti-fabrication discipline (A305/A306): the researcher must be told that the deprivation ran through pre-existing/constituent instruments, that the FACT of the 24-Jul-1974 restoration is well-corroborated but its discrete decree number is not retrievable, that ΝΔ 59/1974 is affirmatively the wrong instrument (political parties), and that the 60,004/46,638 figures belong to the SEPARATE ex-Art 19 ethnic cohort — not the junta political cohort.
