El nivel del permiso de residencia se basa en el artículo 100 de la Ley 5038/2023 del Código de Migración (Golden Visa inmobiliaria; marco Arts 99-100A), ΦΕΚ Α' 81/01-04-2023, modificado por el artículo 64 de la Ley 5100/2024 a la estructura de niveles de 800.000 €/400.000 €/250.000 € vigente 09-01-2024, y puesto en funcionamiento mediante Decisión Ministerial Conjunta 214926/2025 (ΦΕΚ 6014/Β'/11-11-2025). La cifra de 400.000 euros es el nivel del "resto de Grecia". La base heredada L.4251/2014 Art 16/20B está reemplazada/obsoleta (V-CORR 12).
