• Eligible for the Type B.6 startup-investor residence permit (initial 1-year, renewable for 2 years at a time). Residence permit only — no citizenship conferred.

  Art 44 Law 5162/2024 (ΦΕΚ Α' 198/2024): ≥€250k contribution to an Elevate-Greece-registered start-up, equity ≤33%, ≥2 jobs created in yr 1 and maintained 5 years, 5-year share lock. [GR-EV-110]

• INELIGIBLE for Type B.6 despite exceeding the €250k floor — the 33% equity cap is breached.

  Art 44 Law 5162/2024 caps the investor's equity/voting rights at ≤33%; the route is designed for minority growth-capital investors, so a controlling stake disqualifies. [GR-EV-110]

• Naturalisation application is NOT satisfied by permit-holding alone; the genuine 'permanent and lawful residence' condition is not met by a near-zero-stay holder.

  Greece has no CBI; the investor naturalises only on the ordinary Art 5 ΚΕΙ 7-continuous-year track, which requires genuine μόνιμη και νόμιμη διαμονή. The permit clock and the naturalisation clock are independent. [GR-EV-113, GR-EV-114]

• Holds Type B.6 throughout; after 7 years of genuine residence is eligible to apply for ordinary naturalisation (subject to Art 5A conditions: Greek language, history/culture, ΠΕΓΠ exam, integration).

  Investor permit is a privileged Art 5(1)(ε) qualifying title (MD 130181/6353/2018); with real physical residence the 7-year clock is built, then ordinary naturalisation conditions apply. No reduced clock for investors. [GR-EV-113, GR-EV-038, GR-EV-044]

• Redirect: for a passive, low-maintenance €250k entry the GR-INV-01 real-estate (conversion/heritage) Golden Visa (5-year permit, no job/equity conditions) is usually preferable; GR-INV-05 suits an active minority investor in innovation, not a passive holder.

  Both have a €250k floor, but Type B.6 (Art 44 L.5162/2024) adds active conditionality (≤33% equity, ≥2 jobs, 5-yr lock) and a 1+2+2 permit cadence, whereas the real-estate GV (L.5038/2023 Art 100 / L.5100/2024) is a passive 5-year permit. [GR-EV-110, GR-EV-107]
