- מסלול סגור: חל רק על אנשים שנולדו בין 1964-07-01 ל-1982-06-30 לאם בעלת אזרחות איסלנדית שהחזיקה בה עד 1982-07-01. מועד הגיל 22 לתנאי §12 lögheimili עבר עבור כל הקבוצה הזכאית — המבקש הצעיר ביותר הזכאי היה מגיע לגיל 22 עד שנת 2004. אין קבלת בקשות חדשות.

ELIGIBLE via IS-DSC-02-RESTORATION (Act 100/1952 s16 transitional). Born 1975 to unmarried IS mother: falls within s16 window (1964-07-01 to 1982-07-01). s16 conditions: (1) born in window to IS-citizen mother with non-IS father -- satisfied; (2) IS logheimili established before age 22 -- satisfied (ages 18-21). Applicant must file UDI declaration. IS citizenship recognized retroactively from birth. US father's status irrelevant -- s16 is solely mother-line based for the 1964-1982 window.
IS-DSC-02-RESTORATION operative: 1975 birth, IS mother, unmarried, non-IS father, IS logheimili before age 22. All s16 conditions met. Documentary evidence of IS logheimili during ages 18-21 required (Thjodskra registration records). UDI declaration is required -- NOT automatic. Post-declaration: IS-US dual citizenship permitted.
