Семеен кодекс Чл. 100-102 + Чл. 113-117 cover full vs partial adoption.
How to apply
Adoption decree per Семеен кодекс + foreign adoption recognition via Hague 1993 Convention (BG party). МП verification + citizenship registration. Post-2022 RU-cohort ДАНС scrutiny intensified.
