How to apply
- The application procedure for accompanying (수반) acquisition under §8(1), and other necessary matters, are prescribed by Presidential Decree (Enforcement Decree). Naturalization fees are charged per person but accompanying acquirers (수반취득자) are excluded from the per-mode naturalization fee.
