• RESTORED — historical outcome: citizenship reinstated as part of the transition government's general reversal of junta acts (1974-75). No individualised application was required.

  GR-EV-092: the 1974 metapolitefsi general restoration (mechanism = Συντακτική Πράξη 1-8-1974 + pre-existing provisions, NLR-03 on the exact instrument) reinstated the Greek nationality of those the junta had deprived. This persona (modelled on Melina Mercouri, GR-SRC-227) is squarely within the cohort and was restored. Illustrative-historical only; the route is spent as of 2026.

• NOT eligible for GR-RST-01 (spent); REDIRECTED to GR-DSC-01 (ordinary descent, Art 1).

  GR-EV-093 / GR-EV-092: GR-RST-01 is a spent historical route with no live applicants. Because the father's Greek status was reinstated in 1974, he was a Greek national at the son's 1988 birth, so the son is Greek by ordinary jus sanguinis (Art 1, GR-DSC-01). The metapolitefsi act is merely the reason the father was Greek; the son invokes ordinary descent, not a restoration application.

• NOT covered by GR-RST-01; the ethnic-deprivation cohort was never reversed in 1974. Possible facilitated stateless naturalisation under GR-NAT-04.

  V-CORR 11 / GR-EV-087-090: the junta-political cohort (this route) is legally distinct from the ex-Art 19 ETHNIC-deprivation cohort, which was repealed only prospectively in 1998 (Art 9§14 L.2623/1998) with no restoration (ΣτΕ 29/2011). The 1974 metapolitefsi did not restore ethnically-deprived allogeneis. His only live avenue is ordinary/facilitated naturalisation — for a stateless person, the reduced 3-year track GR-NAT-04 (GR-RST-03 documents the no-restoration legacy).

• MUST NOT cite ΝΔ 59/1974 as the restoration instrument — it is excluded as a fabrication trap.

  GR-SRC-255 (T1) / GR-EV-093: the verbatim Greek Wikisource title of ΝΔ 59/1974 is «Περὶ συστάσεως καὶ ἐπαναλειτουργίας πολιτικῶν κομμάτων» — a decree on the formation/reactivation of POLITICAL PARTIES (23-9-1974), not citizenship restoration. The exact reinstatement instrument number remains UNOBTAINABLE (NLR-03 OPEN); the practitioner must record the mechanism (Συντακτική Πράξη 1-8-1974 + pre-existing provisions) without inventing or mis-attributing a decree number.

• Greek status SECURE — Greece permits multiple nationality under domestic law; the later foreign naturalisation does not undo the 1974 restoration.

  GR-EV-002 / V-CORR 7/9: Greece permits multiple nationality as a matter of domestic law (complete non-party to the 1963 CoE Convention ETS 043; signatory-but-not-ratified to ECN/CETS 166). His restored Greek nationality is unaffected by acquiring Australian citizenship. As a restored full national he also retains ordinary post-grant rights; conscription/military obligations follow the standard Greek regime, not anything specific to GR-RST-01.
