§ 5A Re-Acquisition by Erklæring (SUNSET 2026-07-01) — Former § 7 Cohort.
Indfødsretsloven § 5A (inserted by Lov 1496/2014 § 3 stk 1) provides re-acquisition pathway for former Danish citizens who lost indfødsret under former § 7 (pre-2015-09-01 automatic-loss-on-foreign-acquisition).
Sunset 2026-07-01 — applications must be received before this date. Post-sunset cohort relies on § 5B Tjebbes pathway (DK-RST-01).
