Concierge service

Application logistics, handled

Once you know you qualify, the citizenship process is mostly operational logistics — chasing documents, sworn translators, apostilles, embassy appointments, status updates. We handle that part so you don't have to.

2,000 NIS+ actual third-party costs (translators, apostilles, embassy fees)

This is operational support, not legal counsel.

We are not lawyers. We do not provide legal advice, opinions, or representation. For interpretation of citizenship statutes, drafting of legal arguments, or representation before any government authority, we refer you to a licensed immigration attorney in the relevant jurisdiction. Concierge service is purely operational: documents, scheduling, follow-ups.

What's included

Operational tasks we handle for you throughout the application.

  • Document procurement

Coordination with civil registries and archives to obtain certified copies of birth, marriage, death, and naturalization records — including foreign records via diplomatic channels.

  • Certified translation coordination

We source qualified sworn translators per jurisdiction (Italian sworn translator for Italian filings, etc.) and handle the workflow end-to-end.

  • Apostille & legalization

Hague Apostille convention countries plus legalization chains for non-Hague jurisdictions. We coordinate with the Israeli Ministry of Justice + relevant foreign ministries.

  • Embassy appointment scheduling

Booking and rescheduling consular appointments — including hard-to-get slots at busy embassies (Italian, Polish, etc.).

  • Application status tracking

We follow up with embassies/consulates/civil registries on your behalf and update you when status changes.

  • Document chain organization

Genealogical document chains (4+ generations) organized in submission-ready order with index, copies, and originals separated.

What's NOT included

These require a licensed attorney. We'll refer you to one.

  • Legal interpretation of statutes or regulations
  • Drafting of legal arguments or appeals
  • Representing you before any government authority
  • Filling out application forms with substantive answers (we organize documents; you or your lawyer fills the forms)
  • Tax or financial planning advice

Need legal counsel?

We maintain a vetted network of immigration attorneys across the EU and Israel. If your case needs one, we'll introduce you — no markup, just a clean referral.

How it works

  1. 1

    Eligibility confirmed first

We require a Quick Check (250 NIS) or Route Guidance (700 NIS) first so we're working from a clear, confirmed plan.

  2. 2

    Onboarding call (60 min)

We map every document needed, identify which you already have, and queue the missing ones for procurement.

  3. 3

    Execution phase (3-12 months typical)

Document requests, translations, apostilles, embassy slots — we coordinate, you approve costs, receive status updates.

  4. 4

    Submission-ready package

We hand off an organized, indexed application package to you or your attorney. You file. We continue tracking until decision.

Ready? Eligibility check is the first step.

We don't start Concierge until eligibility is confirmed in writing.
