How to apply
- Inuit/Kalaallit status — Hold FULL Danish indfødsret on identical terms to mainland Danes; NO separate Greenlandic citizenship.
- ILO 169 framework — DK ratified 1996-02-22 (9th globally / 2nd Nordic); applies to Inuit (Kalaallit), NOT to Faroese.
- Kalaallisut sole official language — Lov 473/2009 § 20.
- Inatsisartut territorial authority — Greenlandic Parliament holds legislative competence within Selvstyre framework.
