Overview
Denmark is the only country among 195 worldwide that uses a Parliamentary Act framework for individual naturalizations. Every grant of Danish indfødsret to a non-Dane (excluding §3 Nordic anmeldelse, §2A adoption, §1 stk 4 stateless-born) requires passage of a Lov om indfødsrets meddelelse by Folketinget under constitutional reservation in Grundloven § 44 stk 1.
Cascade significance: FRAMEWORK. No other Nordic, EU, or Common Law country has this constitutional structure. Closest historical analogue: UK pre-1844 Private Acts of Parliament (now repealed). Closest contemporary analogue: Liechtenstein § 17 burgher rights (but burgher-rights NOT citizenship).
