Lov nr 2057 af 16/11/2021 (L 42 FT 2021-22; ikraft 2021-11-23) — Reform Arc 2 restrictive omnibus statute. Implemented:
- Danish Values test: 4/5 + indfødsretsprøven threshold raised to 36/45 (CORRECTION: NOT 32/45)
- Grundlovsceremoni handshake (håndtryk) requirement
- Gebyr (fee) hike for naturalization applications
- Narrow § 3 erklæringsadgang abolition — ONLY for naturalized-Nordic-citizens (NOT born-Nordic)
- Repealed Lov 1873/2015 (prior indfødsretsprøven regime)
