  1. Determine former-DK cohort — Lost under former § 7 (pre-2015-09-01) vs § 8 22-yr (any era) vs § 9 voluntary frasigelse.
  2. § 5A erklæring (SUNSET 2026-07-01) — Permanent eligibility for former § 7 cohort; conditions: bopæl + vandel + age 22.
  3. § 5B Tjebbes proportionality (Lov 410/2025) — Post-sunset replacement for EU-proportionality review.
  4. § 9 frasigelse — Voluntary renunciation pathway; conditions: ≥18 years + already foreign citizen.
  5. § 4 Born-in-DK lost-after-18 — 2y residence pathway.
