סקירה כללית של RS-BDD-01 (מוצא - שני ההורים אזרחים RS בלידה (סעיף 7(1))):

המסלול הזה בדלי ה-BDD יושב במסגרת האזרחות של סרביה שלאחר 1999 יוגוסלבית-יורשת. חוק האזרחות של הרפובליקה של סרביה 135/2004 (Sl. glasnik RS 135/2004) כפי שתוקן על ידי 90/2007 (הכנסת Art 23 IMA PRAVO תהיה/עשויה א-סימטריה + Art 18 unrestricted-kinship toform oraction operative) ו- 24/2001 עוגן, חלון של 12 חודשים 03.04.2018-03.04.2019 כעת סגור).

הוראות מהותיות: jus sanguinis אוטומטית כאשר שני ההורים אזרחים RS ברגע לידת הילד (חוק 135/2004 סעיף 7(1)).

Documentation requirements for RS-BDD-01 (Descent — both parents RS citizens at birth (Art 7(1))):

Statutory anchor: Automatic jus sanguinis where both parents RS citizens at moment of child birth (Law 135/2004 Art 7(1)). Submission set varies by track:

• Identity: valid foreign passport plus biometric submission at Ministry of Interior (MUP) Citizenship Office (Belgrade central) or RS diplomatic-consular mission abroad. For Art 23 ethnic-Serb non-resident IMA PRAVO, consular submission is the standard channel (Berlin / Vienna / Chicago / Toronto consulates have published schedules).
• Residence documentation (where Art 14/17 applies): prebivalište certificate from local MUP demonstrating registered permanent residence; for Art 14 3-yr continuous, the certificate chain must show uninterrupted registration with no gap >90 days.
• Ethnic-Serb status (Art 23(1) IMA PRAVO): declarative statement of belonging to the Serbian people (izjava o pripadnosti srpskom narodu) plus supporting documentation — birth certificates of the applicant and their RS-citizen ancestors, baptismal records from Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) where available, school records in Cyrillic script, or community-association membership confirmations.
• Release from foreign citizenship (Art 14): typically required (Art 14(2-3) statelessness exception applies); post-90/2007 release IS NOT required for Art 17 spousal or Art 23 ethnic-Serb tracks.
• Declarative statement (izjava): mandatory final-stage signed statement under Law 135/2004 Arts 14(1)(4), 17, 18, 23(1).
• Fees: per Tarifni broj 39. FATAL (cohort-first): Pravilnik 44/2022 (Sl. glasnik RS 44/2022) SUPERSEDES the chain Pravilnik 22/2005 → 82/2018 → 44/2022.
