- Singapura NÃO possui qualquer programa de cidadania por investimento. O Programa Global de Investidores (GIP) confere apenas residência permanente, nunca a cidadania. Qualquer via de «investimento» para a cidadania seria a concessão discricionária por mérito excecional no âmbito da naturalização/registo ordinário (a critério do Governo), e não um programa de cidadania por investimento (CBI).

- POSITIVE DISCONFIRMATION: Singapore operates no citizenship-by-investment programme. The Global Investor Programme (GIP), administered by the Economic Development Board, accords Singapore Permanent Resident status only — not citizenship. There is no direct investment route to Singapore citizenship; any investor must follow the ordinary PR-then-registration/naturalisation path under the Constitution. - The Global Investor Programme requires investment under one of three options: Option A — SGD 10 million in a new or existing Singapore business; Option B — SGD 25 million in a GIP-select fund; or Option C — a Single Family Office with at least SGD 200 million in assets under management (of which SGD 50 million must be deployed in specified categories incl. a GIP fund).
