Adoption-based acquisition (full adoption by SI citizen parents)

SI-DSC-004 Adoption-based acquisition (popolna posvojitev). STANDARD route. Operative provision Article 7 ZDRS anchored on parent statute pins. Family-law via Druzinski zakonik DZ-1 (Ur.l. RS 15/2017 entry 729). Adoption-decree authority Center za socialno delo. Article 7 ZDRS operates ex lege when three constitutive conditions met: adoption + at-least-one-SI-citizen-adopter + foreign-law-equivalence.

Article 7 ZDRS three constitutive conditions: (1) Adoption decree (Slovenian-domestic CSD OR Hague-apostilled foreign under 1993 Hague Adoption Convention); (2) At least one SI-citizen adoptive parent at time of adoption; (3) Foreign-law-equivalence test (popolna posvojitev = full adoption complete family-law transfer). Effective date = adoption-decree-finality date (retroactive to MNZ verification).
