Marriage to SI citizen — 3 years marriage + 1 year residence (Article 12(2) ZDRS)

SI-MAR-001 Marriage to SI citizen Article 12(2) ZDRS (3 years marriage + 1 year SI residence). Bucket MAR. Substantially shortens residence vis-a-vis 10y SI-NAT-001 ordinary requirement. Vesting trigger same as Article 10 (oath date per Pravilnik o prisegi). Primary anchor SI-SRC-A-026 ZDRS Article 12(2). Civil-partnership equivalence post-2017 ZDRS-E (SI-MAR-002 sub-route).
