6.2 Evidence Required

- Proof of underlying eligibility (former-citizen documentation; prior Article 40 rejection records; evidence of impossibility of timely Article 40 filing);
- Proof of registered residence and actual living in SI for the relevant period;
- Where Article 10 ZDRS conditions are cross-referenced under UPB2 framework: language certificate (centerslo.si Basic Level Exam A2 minimum within combined A2-B1 osnovna raven ), livelihood demonstration, criminal-record (no unconditional prison sentence > 3 months / no suspended sentence > 1 year), tax compliance, oath of allegiance;
- For descendants: proof of parental Article-40-era status and lineage documentation (birth certificate, parental Slovenian-citizenship documentation or rejection records).
